With the development of science and technology, imaging technology of infrared waveband attracts more and more attention, as a new and advanced technology. The Uncooled Infrared Focus Plane Array(UFPA) detector is widely used in military and civil fields. Base on the application requirement of UFPA, circuit with low noise performance was designed to meet the demands. We improve the conventional circuit from voltage source, bias voltage, time driving and signal processing. The test results show that the noise of analog voltage source is smaller than 22 uV, bias voltage can vary from 0.002V to 4.960 V, the noise voltage is lower than 15 uV, after nonuniformity correction (NUC) , the quality of imaging is improved obviously.%随着科学技术的发展,红外波段的成像技术越来越得到人类的重视,其中,非制冷红外探测器作为新一代红外成像的主要工具,在国防和民用中都得到了广泛的应用.根据非制冷红外焦平面阵列的应用需求,设计了一种具有低噪声性能的驱动电路,从电源、偏压、时序驱动、信号处理四个方面对电路进行了改进,测试结果表明,该电路电源噪声在22 μV内,偏压可调范围为0.002~4.960V,噪声小于1 5μV,非均匀性校正后成像效果显著提高,达到了低噪声设计指标.
