石油化工企业凝结水回收及净化处理技术探讨

摘要

在石油化工企业生产过程中,由于存在设备泄漏及腐蚀,常造成凝结水含油、含铁量超标.凝结水大量排放不但造成经济损失,而且也增加废水处理压力,因此回收凝结水具有重要意义.分析了凝结水受到污染的原因,介绍了石油化工企业凝结水的处理工艺流程及工艺特点.%The condensate water in petrochemical corporation often contains oil and iron-ion whose concentration exceed the standard due to the existing leakage and corrosion of equipments. The massive discharge of the said condensate water may not only cause the economical loss but also increase the difficulty of wastewater treatment; therefore, the condensate water recovery had great significance. The reasons caused the pollution of condensate water were analyzed, and then, the process flow and characteristics of condensate water treatment in petrochemical corporation were introduced.
