结垢预测软件在海上油田加热器防垢中的应用

         

摘要

运用Scalechem结垢预测软件详细分析研究了换热界面温度、压力和原油含水率对油田加热器结垢趋势的影响,并与Stiff-Davis饱和指数法、Skillman热力学溶解度法进行了比较,确定出影响流花油田加热器结垢量和结垢速率的主要因素.研究开发了一种可抑制高温下CaSO4结垢的阻垢分散剂TS-50610F,室内评价试验表明,当换热介质温度低于180℃时,加入TS-50610F 150 mg/L,阻垢率可达到93%以上.%The effect of the temperature,pressure and water content of crude oil on the oilfield heater scaling tendency has been studied by using Scalechem scaling prediction software and compared with Stiff-Davis saturation index method and Skillman thermodynamic solubility method. Thus,the main influencing factors that have effects on the scaling quantity and the scaling rate of Liuhua oilfield heater are determined. A kind of scale inhibiting and dispersant.TS-5061 OF, which can inhibit the scale of CaSO4 at high temperature,has been developed. The lab evaluation tests show that the scale inhibiting rate can be more than 93%,when the heat exchange medium temperature is lower than 180 ℃ ,and 150 mg/L of TS-50610F is added.
