The influences of pH,NO3--N and substrate concentrations(the initial concentrations of BrO3-and ClO4-) on the simultaneous degradation of bromate and perchlorate in water by hydrogen autotrophic denitrifying bacteria have been researched,based on sequential batch shake flask tests. The results show that the optimum pH of hydrogen autotrophic reduction reaction is 7.0-7.5,and the pH value,no matter whether it is too high or too low,has inhibition effect on the reduction of BrO3-and ClO4-,When NO3--N is 5 mg/L,the degradation rates of BrO3-and ClO4- by hydro-gen autotrophic bacteria are the highest. The degradation of BrO3-and ClO4- by hydrogen autotrophic microbial has a certain concentration limitation. When the concentration is too high or too low ,the degradation effects of BrO3-and ClO4-can be reduced.%基于序批式摇瓶实验研究了pH、NO3--N、底物浓度(BrO3-、ClO4-初始浓度)对氢自养反硝化菌同步降解水中BrO3-和ClO4-的影响.结果表明:氢自养还原反应的最佳pH为7.0~7.5,pH过高或过低均会对BrO3-和ClO4-的还原产生抑制作用.NO3--N为5 mg/L时,氢自养反硝化菌对BrO3-和ClO4-降解率最大.氢自养微生物降解BrO3-和ClO4-有一定的浓度限制,浓度过高或过低均会降低BrO3-和ClO4-的降解效果.
