贯彻“预防为主”的方针rn加强安全生产管理及职能转变的思考

摘要

In the paper,in order to carry out the thought“Safety First,Prevention Major”and the work policy of safety production,state the six aspects of safety thought assisting the policy“Prevention Major”,striving to improve the actual management system of safety production. In the combination of macro and micromanagement,group and special management theory and practice,intensify management and achieve effects.%为认真贯彻落实“安全第一，预防为主”的思想和安全生产工作方针，从坚持“以防为主”树立大安全思想等6个方面进行论述；力求促进健全完善适应市场经济的现行安全生产管理体制，在宏观与微观，群管与专管、理论与实践的结合上，强化管理，取得实效。
