转底炉工艺对高炉生产的影响

摘要

介绍了利用转底炉煤基直接还原工艺对高炉生产工艺的含铁除尘灰进行资源化利用,并将高温焙烧还原后的金属化球团作为优质原料返回高炉生产.通过转底炉工艺避免了有害元素在高炉生产中的循环富集,金属化球团对降低高炉焦比、提高产量、减少环境污染等方面有着积极的作用.对转底炉工艺的认识和推广有着积极的作用.%This paper describes the use of rotary hearth furnace coal based direct reduction process of blast furnace production process containing iron dust resource utilization and the high temperature roasting reducing the Direct Reduced Iron (DRI) as high-quality raw materials returned to blast furnace production.Through rotary hearth furnace process to avoid the harmful elements in the blast furnace production,circulation and accumulation,DRI to reduce coke rate of blast furnace,improve yield and reduce the pollution of the environment and has a positive effect.This paper has a positive effect on the process of rotary hearth furnace.
