针对综合绩效评估问题提出构建多维绩效评估系统,应用VFT方法分解目标,建立 MACBETH绩效评估模型对细分准则量化绩效,结合2-测度Choquet积分确定不同评估准则权重和相互影响因子,聚集得到综合绩效。实例分析验证模型的有效性和实用性。%Performance management poses daunting challenges to organizations in terms of meeting multi -dimensional goals .To assess the overall performance of the enterprise in multiple criteria and make effi-cient decisions , a three-dimensional performance evaluation system is constructed .The targets of value , risk and cost are divided into elementary parts by using Value Focused Thinking and each part is assessed quantitatively .MACBETH procedure allows to express commensurate elementary performances and the weights of criteria and then to aggregate the elementary performances .In order to take the criteria interac-tions into account , 2-additive Choquet Integral is added to MACBETH procedure in the aggregation process .The system , which considers the consistency of different criteria and reflects the global perform-ances in comprehensive ranges , effectively helps the enterprise to make decision in multiple criteria .
