基于LabVIEW的高温氢氧复合控制系统设计

摘要

According to the process requirement of hydrogen-oxygen recombination at high temperature and test equip-ment characteristics,this paper designs a set of high hydrogen-oxygen recombination controI system based on LabVIEW.The system is based on the industriaI computer as the core,with LabVIEW,PID tooIkit and OPC Server as the software deveIop-ment pIatform.Its main functions incIudes process parameters acquisition and processing,data and curve dispIay,data storage and signaI aIarm and interIock etc.%根据高温氢氧复合工艺要求及试验装置的特点，设计了一套基于LabVIEW的高温氢氧复合控制系统。该系统以工控机为核心，以LabVIEW、PID工具包和OPC Server为软件开发平台。系统主要功能包括工艺参数采集与处理、数据及曲线显示、数据存储和信号报警与联锁等。实验结果表明，控制系统稳定性好，操作界面友好，可移植性强，达到了预期的控制目的。
