Separation of Y3+ from mixed rare earth chloride by solventextraction with Naphthenic acid-petroleum sulphoxide has been studied.YCl3 of 99.99% can be obtained by 120-stage cross-current fractional extraction in 120 L mixter-settler.Compared with HA-ROH-RECl3 system,performance of phase separation and fluidity of organic phase of HA-PSO-RECl3 system are better.After being treated,the YCl3 solution can be used to produce fluorescent grade Y2O3.The recovery of Y2O3 can reach 90.5%.%进行了用环烷酸石油亚砜从混合氯化稀土溶液中萃取分离钇的研究。用混合室体积为120L混合澄清槽,经120级串级分馏萃取分离,可获得纯度大于99.99%的YC13溶液。与环烷酸混合醇体系相比,环烷酸石油亚砜体系的分相性能及有机相流动性更好。分离出的YC13溶液经进一步分离非稀土杂质后,可用于制取荧光级Y2O3产品,产品收率可达90.5%。
