悬振锥面选矿机处理柿竹园白钨加温精选尾矿的试验研究

         

摘要

The structure and separation principle of hang and vibrate of cone concentrator,a patent of new gravity concentrator for treating fine particles of minerals,are described in this paper.The residual wolfram in heating-cleaning tailing of scheelite in Shizhuyuan polymetallic ore processing-mill was recovered with gravity process by shaking table,but the technical indexes were poor.This research presents comprehensive recovery of wolframite and cassiterite from the heating-cleaning tailings of scheelite using hang and vibrate of cone concentrator.The results of single-machine industrial tests and comparative experiments show that the technical indexes are much better:the recoveries of WO3 and Sn have been raised by 36.40% and 17.06%.The research results will provide the basis for industrial design of technological upgrading.%介绍了新型专利微细粒重选设备———悬振锥面选矿机的结构与分选原理。柿竹园多金属选厂的白钨加温精选尾矿原采用摇床重选流程回收残余钨,指标较低。试验采用悬振锥面选矿机重选回收白钨精选尾矿中的黑钨矿和锡石。单机工业试验和摇床对比试验结果,得到了明显优于原摇床重选工艺的技术指标,WO3回收率提高36.40%,Sn 回收率提高17.06%。试验结果可作为新工艺工业改造设计的依据。
