Since Gansu is with large population and relatively little land,it is necessary to adjust limited land continuously and optimize its utilization structure and methods to meet the demand of the growing of population and the development of economy, ecological protection and otherwise on land.%在甘肃省人多地少的情况下,需要对有限的土地不断调整,优化运用结构和运用方法,以满足人口增加、经济开展和生态保护等对土地的需要.
