咪唑乙烟酸对土壤好氧微生物和酶活性的影响

         

摘要

Effects of different doses of imazethapyr on soil aerobic microbial densities and activities of catalase, urease and protease were investigated using the dilution plate method. There were no significant changes in the soil aerobic bacteria densities at the recommended rate (0.1 μg/g) of imazethapyr, but the densities of aerobic fungi and actinomycetes increased in the same treatment. All of the soil aerobic bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes' densities increased at 10-fold and lO0-fold recommended rates of imazethapyr. There were no significant changes in the soil catalase, urease and protease's activity at the recommended rate after application, however the activity of these enzymes increased at lO-fold and lO0-fold higher rates.%采用稀释平板法研究了不同剂量咪唑乙烟酸对土壤中好氧微生物和土壤中过氧化氢酶、脲酶和蛋白酶活性的影响.结果表明,咪唑乙烟酸在土壤中的含量(0.1μg/g)不会对土壤中好氧细菌的数量产生显著影响,但土壤中好氧真菌和放线菌数量均有一定程度的增加;而10倍和100倍推荐剂量处理时土壤中好氧细菌、真菌和放线菌数量均显著增加.推荐剂量施药后土壤中过氧化氢酶、脲酶和蛋白酶活性均未产生显著变化;但10倍和100推荐剂量时,咪唑乙烟酸处理后上述3种酶活性均有不同程度提高.
