With the continuous acceleration of urbanization in China, a large number of rural male labor pour into cities, and women has gradually become the main force in agricultural production. The tendency of agriculture-feminization become more and more obvious. However, the problem of land rights of rural women come up, which has a direct influence on the agricultural production and economic growth. At the same time, it lowers the social status of women and threatens the harmo-ny and stability of our society. In order to build stable and harmonious society, we must safeguard the rural women's land rights and interests. This paper based on the perspective of gender, analyzes the infringement phenomenon of rural women's land rights, and to come up with some strategies for women to protect their land rights.%随着中国城市化进程不断加快,农村的大量男性劳动力涌入城市务工,农村妇女逐渐成为农业生产的主力军,农业女性化趋势愈加明显,然而农村中女性的土地权益问题不断显现,直接影响了农业的生产、经济发展,同时也造成了妇女社会地位的降低,对社会的和谐稳定造成威胁.为促进社会的稳定和谐,必须保障农村妇女的土地权益.基于社会性别视角,对农村妇女土地权益被侵害现象进行分析和探讨,提出保障农村妇女土地权益的策略.
