医疗风险影响因素分析方法比较

摘要

Objective To analyze the current situation of the technology and method of influencing factors of medical risk in China,and to provide a basis for decision-making to form a reasonable medical policy.Methods With medical risk factors and early warning as a combination of key words,literature was retrieved from Wanfang Data,and obtained a total of 32 articles after screening,and the results were studied from the time of publication and the area.Results Currently more commonly used methods:Delphi method,RCA,FMEA,the BP neural network.Conclusion The analysis techniques and methods have their own advantages and disadvantages.We should analyze based on their characteristics,and form more comprehensive analysis techniques and methods of medical risk influencing factors.%目的 分析我国医疗风险影响因素分析技术与方法的现状,为形成合理的医疗政策提供决策依据.方法 以医疗风险影响因素和预警为组合关键词,以万方为检索源进行文献检索,经筛选最终共得到相关文献32篇,从发表时间、发布地区方面进行分析.结果 国内比较常用的方法有:德尔菲法、根本原因分析法(RCA)、失效模式与影响分析法(FMEA)、三层BP神经网络.结论 各分析技术与方法各有优缺点,应根据其特点进行结合分析,形成一套更完善的医疗风险影响因素分析技术与方法.
