As the university has been transferred to the Navy, we have been thoroughly implementing the idea of Chairman Xi by carrying out profound reflections and researches on building a powerful modern naval health care force. To improve the capability of military medical service of the existing Navy ships, we have designed a new teaching model in which hospitals and grass-roots vessels are intimately linked. Meanwhile, we have set up a "mobile classroom"circuit teaching project with four steps for its implementation.
