Objective To understand patients' needs for comfortable nursing during perioperative period by conducting interviews with hospitalized patients undergoing radial artery stent implantation, so as to provide scientific empirical evidence and suggestions for the development of high-quality nursing and the improvement of perioperative nursing quality. Methods The purpose sampling method was used to select 12 hospitalized patients who underwent radial artery stent implantation in a tertiery hospital for face-to-face and semi-structured in-depth interviews, and content analysis was applied to collate and analyze them and refine the theme.Results The subjects analyzed and refined included the need to deepen the affection between patients and nurses during perioperative period, the need to establish sufficient confidence before surgery, the need to seek timely help during surgery, the need to relieve local oppression immediately after surgery, and the need to carry out soothing exercises. Conclusion Nursing personnel should understand the needs for comfortable nursing of patients undergoing transcranial heart stent implantation and take targeted measures to improve the comfort of patients, so as to optimize the perioperative nursing quality of interventional surgery.%目的 对行经桡动脉心脏支架植入手术的住院患者进行访谈,了解其围术期对舒适护理的需求,为开展优质护理、提升患者围术期护理质量提供科学的实证依据和建议.方法 采用目的抽样法选取某三甲医院行经桡动脉心脏支架植入手术的住院患者12例进行面对面、半结构式的深度访谈,应用内容分析法进行整理分析,提炼主题.结果 经分析提炼的主题是:围术期加深护患情感的需求、术前建立充分信心的需求、术中能及时寻求帮助的需求、术后尽早解除局部压迫与进行舒缓运动的需求.结论 护理人员了解行经桡动脉心脏支架植入手术患者的舒适护理需求,可以采取针对性的措施,提升患者舒适度,从而优化介入手术的围术期护理质量.
