堆取料机的调速研究

摘要

堆取料机的调速是现代堆取料设备调试和使用的重要环节,调速的目的是满足使用工艺参数.提高设备效率与减少冲击载荷,延长设备钢结构的疲劳寿命,改善性能与可靠性.通过产品设计与现场实践经验,并结合理论分析,详细描述了堆取料机各机构的调速机理及实现方法,对设备设计者和使用者有一定的借鉴意义.%The speed governing, the key step of modern stacker/reclaimer commissioning and use, aims to meet the technological parameters , reduce the impact load, extend the fatigue life of steel structures of the equipment, and improve the equipme.nt performance and reliability. With the product design and field experience , and combining with the theoretical analysis , the paper describes the speed governing mechanism as well as the implementation method for all mechanisms of stacker/reclaimer in detail , providing reference for the equipment designers and users.
