压水堆装卸料机堆芯定位试验方法分析

         

摘要

The refueling machine is one of the key facilities of the fuel handling and storage system of the pressurized water reactor (PMC system),and its core positioning test is the precondition of the initial fueling and guarantee of the unit refueling.Point positioning method is widely used currently during the core positioning test for the refueling machine of pressurized water reactor units in China.In view of the bumping problem between the simulated fuel component and coam-ing of the reactor internals at certain part during the core positioning test,the four-point centering average step length method is innovatively put forward in the paper,with advantages and disadvantages of the above mentioned methods analyzed.%装卸料机作为压水堆核电厂燃料装卸与贮存系统(PMC 系统)的关键设备之一,其堆芯定位试验是进行堆芯首次装料的前提,也是机组换料的保障。单点定位法是目前国内压水堆机组装卸料机堆芯定位试验普遍使用的方法。针对某核电站装卸料机堆芯定位试验时部分位置出现模拟燃料组件与堆内构件围板磕碰的问题,创新性地提出了四点定心平均步长法。文中分析单点定位法和四点定心平均步长法各自的优缺点。
