胎盘内分泌与妊娠期常用药物安全性研究

摘要

Through exploring the role of placental endocrine,the relationship between placental endocrine changes and certain disease states,and the relationship between placental endocrine and rational use of drugs commonly used in pregnancy were summarized.Placental hormones play an important role during pregnancy.Placental endocrine abnormality can cause some diseases that may need drug treatment.Besides,some drugs also can affect the placenta endocrine,resulting in adverse pregnancy outcomes.Drug safety during pregnancy requires the consideration of the interaction between medicine and placenta endocrine.%该文从妊娠期胎盘内分泌的特点、作用出发,概述胎盘内分泌的变化与某些疾病状态的关系,以及胎盘内分泌与妊娠期常用药物合理使用的相互关系.结果显示,胎盘激素在妊娠期间发挥着重要作用.胎盘内分泌异常可引起某些疾病的发生而需要用药;同时,妊娠期某些药物的使用也会影响胎盘内分泌,造成不良妊娠结果.妊娠期间的用药安全需要考虑药物与胎盘内分泌的相互影响.
