基于 ISM 的电力需求侧管理技术实施障碍因素分析

摘要

通过解释结构模型分析了影响电力需求侧管理技术实施障碍的各主要因素之间的递结层次关系，通过求解可达矩阵和构建解释结构模型，对12个主要因素做了深层因素、中层因素、浅层因素、表层因素四个层面的划分。同时，这些因素被划分为三个部分。对电力需求侧管理技术的有效实施提供了依据。%The hierarchical relationships of restrictive factors of PDSM implementation were analyzed based on ISM. These factors were divided into four levels,which contained deep factors,intermediate factors,shallow factors and out surface factors. Meanwhile,the factors were divided into three sections which can provide reference to the effective implementation of PDSM.
