浅析高校图书馆志愿者管理实践--以贵州民族大学图书馆志愿者工作为例

The introduction of volunteer service in university libraries to some extent optimize the allocation of human resources in the library. Through the introduction of the Guizhou National University Library Volunteer Team survey, this paper expounds the organization and management of the volunteer team, and puts forward the thinking and suggestion of the volunteer work.%高校图书馆引入志愿者服务在一定程度上优化了图书馆的人力资源配置。通过介绍贵州民族大学图书馆志愿者团队概况，阐述了志愿者团队的组织与管理，提出了志愿者工作的思考和建议。
