The present invention relates to a volunteering managing method, a volunteering managing server, a certification managing method, a certification managing server, a computer program thereof, and a recording medium thereof. A volunteering managing method performed in a volunteering managing server connected to a demander terminal and a volunteer terminal through a network, wherein the demander terminal is a terminal including a code reader capable of optically recognizing a certification code in an optical image type, and the volunteer terminal is provided with an application capable of generating and displaying a certification code in an optical image type by using certification code generation information generated and provided by a volunteering managing server, the method comprising the step of: 1) providing certification code generation information for certifying volunteering to the volunteer terminal, wherein the certification code generation information has a data configuration to change an optical generation type of a certification code with the lapse of time and includes volunteer identification information and reference time information; 2) receiving recognized certification code recognition information and demander identification information from the demander terminal, wherein the certification code recognition information is acquired by optically recognizing a certification code in an optical image type displayed on the volunteer terminal through a code reader by the demander terminal and includes volunteer identification information and reference time information; and 3) performing a volunteer certification process for the volunteer when the certification code recognition information corresponds to previously stored volunteer identification information and corresponds to a preset certification time confirmation condition.
