基于Swot分析法试论如何培养与提升高职院校青年教师职业道德修养

摘要

This paper through the questionnaire survey, using Swot analysis, the status of China's Higher Vocational Colleges young teachers professional ethics of brief analysis and research, on the basis of this, put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on Vocational College Young Teachers' professional ethics training on how to develop and improve.%本文通过问卷调查，利用Swot分析法，对我国高职院校青年教师职业道德修养的现状进行简要分析研究，在此基础上提出了相应的关于高职青年教师职业道德修养如何培养与提升的对策与建议。
