肠道菌群对中药成分的代谢研究

摘要

肠道是人体内的微生态系统，经研究发现肠道菌群对中药代谢具有重要作用。本文从肠道菌群的药物代谢研究方法和模型的角度出发，对近年中药成分在肠道菌群作用下的代谢研究成果进行了综述。%The intestine is a microecosystem of human body,and it is reported that a variey of intestinal flora has played an im-portant role in metabolizing traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).This paper reviewed the research methods and recent progress on me-tabolism of constituents in TCM by intestinal bacteria.
