目的:研究护患双向查对法对减少护理缺陷和提高患者对护理工作满意度的影响.方法:每天选取神经内科住院患者60人,随机分为试验组(n=30)和对照组(n=30),采用单盲试验对护患双向查对法在护理查对工作中进行监测记录,试验时间为60d,跟踪反馈至试验结束后5d.结果:试验组缺陷发生率明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组患者对护理工作满意度:试验组为99.1%,对照组为95.1%.结论:护患双向查对法应用于护理查对工作中能有效地减少或杜绝护理缺陷的发生,同时提高护理质量,增进护患关系,提高患者对护理工作满意度.%Objective: To study the nurse-patient two-way check method to reduce defects and improve patient care and nursing job satisfaction of the impact. Method: 60 hospitalized patients were randomly divided into experimental group ( n = 30 ) and the control group ( n = 30 ), single-blind trial of nurse-patient care and check the two-way check method to monitor the work records, test time is 60 days, tracking feedback to the end of the experiment after 5 days. Result: The incidence of defects in the test group was significantly less than the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05 ). The satisfaction in experimental group and control group was 99. 1% and 95. 1%. Conclusion: Nurse-patient care and two-way check method is applied to check the work effectively reduce or eliminate the occurrence of defects in care, while improving the quality of care, improve nurse-patient relationship and improve patient care and job satisfaction.
