:Objective To explore the high-risk factors of workplace violence and emotion recognition of nurses, patients and family members. Methods 〓Qualitative studies on risk factors of workplace and nurse-patient emotional identification were retrieved from databases including CNKI, Wanfang DATA, CBM, CQVIP and PubMed from inception to October 2018. The studies were appraised and findings extracted using the JBI critical appraisal tool for qualitative research. The results were integrated by integrating methods. Results 〓A total of 163 literatures were retrieved, and 8 literatures were finally included, all of which were phenomenological qualitative studies. Findings were grouped and resulted in two synthesized findings: identification of high-risk factors of violence in workplace; identification of emotions among the nurses, patients and caregivers. Conclusion 〓The workplace violence was related to three factors including nurses, patients and family members. It is required to enhance the emotion management of nurses and improve their ability of emotion recognition, in order to identify high-risk factors of workplace violence in a timely manner.
