脑梗死后出血转化与脂代谢异常相关性研究

         

摘要

Objective: To investigate correlation between hemorrhagic transformation after cerebral infarction with abnormal lipid metabolism. Method: From Mar. 2011 to Mar. 2012, Analyzed clinical data of 162 cases patients with cerebral infarction of our hospital, divided into two groups. Observation group with 81 cases with hemorrhagic transformation after cerebral infarction; control group 81 cases, patients with hemorrhagic transformation did not occur after cerebral infarction. Compared lipid metabolism two groups of patients. Result: When hemorrhagic transformation did not occur after cerebral infarction, Systolic blood pressure , diastolic blood pressure and fasting glucose difference of observation group and control group was significant P<0. 05 ); Triglycerides, total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein, low-density lipoprotein, between difference was significant the observation group and control group ( P<0. 05 ); The cases of triglycerides, total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein, low-density lipoprotein, observation group was significantly higher than control group( P<0. 05 ). Conclusion: Abnormal lipid metabolism will increase occurrence possibility of hemorrhagic transformation after cerebral infarction, rational use of drugs for the composition of the blood can adjust the lipid metabolism abnormalities, prevent and reduce cerebral infarction and hemorrhagic transformation.%目的:探讨脑梗死后出血转化与脂代谢异常的相关性.方法:分析我院2011年3月至2012年3月间收治的162例治疗脑梗死患者的临床资料,分成两组.观察组81例,为脑梗死后出血转化的患者;对照组81例,为脑梗死后未发生出血转化的患者.比较两组患者脂代谢情况.结果:脑梗死后未发生出血转化时,观察组收缩压、舒张压和空腹血糖的例数与对照组的差异具有显著性(P<0.05);观察组甘油三脂、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白水平与对照组的差异具有显著性(P<0.05);观察组甘油三脂增高、总胆固醇增高、高密度脂蛋白降低、低密度脂蛋白升高的例数均明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:脂代谢异常会增加脑梗死后发生出血转化的可能性,针对血脂成分合理用药,调整脂代谢异常,预防和减少脑梗死后出血转化.
