无托槽隐形矫治对牙齿畸形患者牙周健康的影响

摘要

To analyse the bracketless invisible appliance and fixed appliance on periodontal health of dental abnormalities patients .Method:From April 2011 to April 2013 ,60 cases of orthodontic pa-tients were divided into two groups by orthodontic methods , each of 30 cases.Experimental group accepted bracketless invisible appliance treatment , the control group accepted fixed appliance treatment .The perio-dontal health indicators, including gingival index (GI), gingival sulcus probing depth (SPD), sulcus bleed-ing index (SBI) and plaque index ( PLI) were compared between the two groups .Result: The GI, SPD, SBI, PLI of two groups were all increased compared to pre-treatment at 1, 3 and 6 months after treatment. GI, SPD, SBI of the control group were all statistically improved after 1,3 and 6 months compared with pre-treatment ( F=2.770,3.590,3.788,P<0.05) ,and were all statistically higher than the experimental group , but there was no statistically significant difference in the experimental group (P>0.05),and the control group was significantly higher than experimental group on PLI at 1,3 and 6 months after treatment , the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05) .Conclusion:The invisible braces treatment can not dam-age the periodontal tissues in patients , oral hygiene may be effective protection for the periodontal tissue health on dental abnormalities patients .%对比分析无托槽隐形矫治与固定矫治器对牙齿畸形患者牙周健康的影响。方法：入选2011年4月至2013年4月前来我院就诊进行口腔正畸的患者60例，将其随机分为试验组与对照组，每组各30例。试验组患者采用无托槽隐形矫治技术，对照组患者采用传统直丝弓固定矫治技术。比较两组患者牙周健康指标包括牙龈指数（GI）、龈沟探诊深度（SPD）、龈沟出血指数（SBI）和菌斑指数（ PLI）。结果：两组患者矫治1、3、6个月后GI、SPD、SBI、PLI等牙周指数与矫治前相比均有所增加，其中对照组GI、SBI、PLI较治疗前显著升高（F＝2．770、3．590、3．788，P＜0．05），且高于试验组外（P＜0．05），但试验组各指标组内均无统计学差异（P＞0．05）。对照组PLI在治疗1、3、6个月时分别高于试验组（ P＜0．05）。结论：无托槽隐形矫治器不会损伤患者牙周组织，患者佩戴期间口腔卫生清洁方便可能是对牙周组织健康的有效保护。
