目的 观察黄竹定痫胶囊治疗癫痫的临床疗效.方法 将75例癫痫患者随机分为2组.对照组35例子西医常规治疗,治疗组40例在常规抗癫痫治疗基础上加黄竹定痫胶囊.2组均3个月为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程.观察2组治疗前后脑电图异常改善及月发作次数变化情况,统计临床疗效.结果 治疗组总有效率92.5％,脑电图异常改善率73.5％；对照组总有效率65.7％,脑电图异常改善率37.9％,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05),治疗组优于对照组.治疗组治疗后月平均发作次数较本组治疗前及对照组治疗后均明显下降(P＜0.05).结论 黄竹定痫胶囊可有效控制癫痫发作,提高临床疗效,作用优于单纯西医治疗.%Objective To observe the clinical effect of Huangzhudingxian capsule on epilepsy. Methods 75 cases of epilepsy were randomly divided into two groups. 35 cases in control group were treated by routine western medicine therapy. 40 cases in treatment group were treated by combination of Huangzhudingxian capsule and routine western medicine therapy. The course was three months in two groups. After two courses, improving of EEG abnormalities, the changes of the monthly number of episodes and clinical efficacy were observed two groups. Results The total effective rate and improvement rate of EEG abnormalities in treatment group were 92. 5% and 73.5%. The total effective rate and improvement rate of EEG abnormalities in control group were 65.7% and 37.9%. There was significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). The monthly number of episodes in treatment group was decreased as compared with that in control group after treatment ( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion Huangzhudingxian capsule can effectively control seizures and improve the clinical efficacy, its effect was superior to that of Western medicine treatment.
