Cooling capacity, the uniformity of surface temperature distribution and the lowest surface temperature are three aspects which researchers and engineers mainly focus on. Obtains the heat resistance analytical solution by solving the heat conduction equation, and puts forward a simplified method for calculating the cooling capacity and surface temperature distribution.
