Presents the development of building energy consumption calculation from simplified calculation to dynamic simulation. Analyses the characteristics and applicability of the respective method. Points out that the simplified calculation method is simple in calculation, but cannot meet the demand of accurate calculation of the whole year energy consumption for large-scale buildings; the dynamic building energy simulation method can be used to obtain more accurate results, but the complex heat transfer equations need to be established, and that applying different solving methods would lead to larger differences in calculation results, and adopting the dynamic method is main trend in future building energy consumption calculation.%介绍了建筑能耗计算从简化方法到动态模拟计算的发展过程,分析了简化计算方法和动态模拟方法各自的特点和适用条件.指出简化计算方法计算简单,但不能满足大型建筑全年能耗准确计算的需求；动态能耗计算方法提高了能耗计算准确度,但需要建立复杂的传热方程,不同的求解方法会使计算结果产生较大的差别,这种方法是今后建筑能耗计算的主流发展方向.
