According to the present invention, a docker-based cloud building system includes: a control point management device for collecting and storing control point information for each control point of a plurality of buildings; a facility load management device for extracting the control point information, and collecting and storing operation state information for a corresponding control point based on the control point information; and a virtualization device for abstracting and objectifying facility information and the operation state information, creating a container for each building-specific control point and creating an image, and storing a docker image in a virtualization container. Therefore, according to the present invention, after abstracting and objectifying the information on the control point of each building, objects for each building are assembled to configure a container suitable for each building-specific configuration, and the container is created as an image, stored, and virtualized for use, so that the information on the control point of each building is efficiently managed.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
