社区卫生服务机构人员对长处方政策的认知调查

摘要

为了解社区卫生服务机构人员对长处方政策的认知情况,对覆盖12个省份的40个社区卫生服务机构人员开展问卷调查.结果显示:长处方政策在社区卫生服务机构有一定需求,社区卫生服务机构人员认为实施长处方政策对患者和医疗机构都有积极影响,但会存在治疗安全性等方面的潜在风险,需要建立相应的配套措施和激励机制.%In order to understand the cognition of community health care staff on long prescription policy, a questionnaire investigation on 40 community health care facilities covering 12 provinces was carried out. The results showed that there was some demand of long prescription poli-cy in community health care facilities, community health service staff believed that the implementation of long prescription policy could have a positive impact on both patients and medical institutions, but there could be potential risks in terms of treatment safety, thus it is needed to estab-lish corresponding supporting measures and incentive mechanism.
