目的 了解三种模式下城市医院与社区卫生服务机构医生对双向转诊的认知情况,为制定科学的双向转诊机制提供参考.方法 采取典型性抽样方法,对5所城市医院、7家社区卫生服务中心的医生进行调查.结果院办院管模式下医生对双向转诊认知情况最好,协议合作模式次之,再次是托管模式.三种模式认知差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 目前,院办院管模式在开展双向转诊中有优势；可通过提高社区卫生服务机构水平、加强宣传等促进双向转诊.%Objective to investigate the cognition about dual referral of doctors who worked in municipal public hospitals and community health service organizations from three different interactive patterns, to provide reference for government decision - making, and further improvement of the dual referral system. Method By using typicality sampling method, doctors of five municipal public hospitals and 7 community health service organizations were investigated. Result The cognitive situation of hospital - established & managed pattern was the best, and entrusted management pattern was the worst. The different cognitive situations had statistical significance. Conclusion At present, the hospital - established & managed pattern has an advantage. Service ability of community health service organization should be improved and propaganda should be increased.
