目的 探讨孟鲁司特钠治疗儿童哮喘的临床疗效.方法 对收治的90例支气管哮喘患儿随机分为治疗组45例和对照组45例.对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用孟鲁司特钠治疗.治疗3个月后比较两组疗效.结果 治疗组总有效率为95.6%,高于对照组的84.4%,治疗后两组FEV1、PEF均较治疗前明显升高,且治疗组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 孟鲁司特钠治疗儿童支气管哮喘效果确切,值得推广.%Objective To explore the clinical effect ofmontelukast sodium in the treatment ofpediatne asthma. Methods 90 patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group (n=45) received conventional therapy, the treatment group (n=45) received treatment based on the use of montelukast sodium treatment. After 3 months, efficacies of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 95.5％, higher than 84.4％ in the control group. FEV1, PEF of the two groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment, and was higher in the treatment group, with the significant difference (P＜0.05). Conclusion Montelukast sodium is effective in the treatment of bronchial asthma in children.
