目的 探讨肋骨接骨板在肋骨骨折患者手术治疗中的应用情况.方法 选择我院2007年3月至2010年10月的肋骨骨折患者103例,将应用肋骨接骨板手术治疗的54例作为A组,将保守治疗的49例作为B组,比较两组的临床治疗情况.结果 A组的优良率为92.6%,明显高于B组的77.6%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组的恢复情况均明显优于B组(P<0.05);A组的并发症发生率为3.7%,明显低于B组的18.4%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 肋骨接骨板在肋骨骨折患者手术治疗中的应用效果满意,且术后并发症少,值得临床推广应用.%Objective To observe the application of rib bone plate in the surgical treatment of patients with rib fracture. Methods From March 2007 to October 2010 in our hospital, 103 cases of rib fracture were selected, 54 cases of rib bone plate in the surgical treatment as group A, 49 cases of conservative treatment as group B, the clinical treatment conditions of two groups were compared. Results The excellent and good rate of group A was 92.6％, significantly higher than 77.6％ of the group B, the difference was statistically significant between two groups (P ＜ 0.05);the recovery condition of group A was significantly better than group B (P ＜0.05); the complication rate of group A was 3.7％, significantly lower than 18.4％ of the group B, the difference was statistically significant between two groups (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion Rib bone plate in the surgical treatment of patients with rib fracture has satisfactory results and less complications, it is worthy of clinical application.
