抗弯曲钢丝气管导管在头颈部手术中的应用

         

摘要

目的 比较抗弯曲钢丝气管导管、异型气管导管、普通气管导管在头颈部手术麻醉中的应用效果.方法 120例头颈部手术患者随机分为三组(n=40):抗弯曲气管导管组(A组).异型气管导管组(B组),普通气管导管组(C组).比较每组的气管导管弯曲度、气管导管内吸痰的通畅度、麻醉期不同时点的气道压(Paw)、呼末二氧化碳压(PETCO2).所得结果进行统计分析,P<0.05有统计学意义.结果 气管导管弯曲度:A组优于B组、C组;气管插管后10 min Paw、PETCO2三组比较差异无统计学意义;手术开始后30 minA组Paw、PETCO2与B组、c组的比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).气管导管内吸痰的通畅度:A组与B组、C组比较差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 抗弯曲气管导管弹性好,可任意弯曲,利于保持气道通畅,可减少麻醉并发症,值得推广应用.%Objective To compare the effects of the armored endotacbeal or the molded angle tube or the general endotracheal tube undergoing head or neck operation. Methods 120 patients undergoing head or neck operation were randomly divided into three groups (n=40): group A with armored endotrachcal tube, group B with molded angle cndotracheal tube and group C with general endotracheal tube. Endotracheal bending, endotracheal tube patency with suctioning, Paw, PETCO2 at different points were compared among the three groups. Results The group A was more bending than group B and group C. There were no significant differences of Paw, PETCO2 among the three groups at I0 minutes after intubation; the Paw and PETCO2 in group A were significantly different from group B and C (P<0.05) at 30 minutes after the beginning of surgery. The patency of endotracheal tube was statistically significant difference between group A and group B, C (P<0.01). Conclusion The armored tube has better elastic and bending. It is conducive to maintain airway patency, reduce the complications of anesthesia, and hence should be widely applied.
