BIPAP呼吸机治疗AECOPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者的疗效观察

摘要

Objective To observe the effect of BIPAP ventilator treats for acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD) patients with typeⅡrespiratory failure. Methods A total of 50 AECOPD patients with typeⅡrespiratory failure were divided into two groups. Control group were only given routine therapy. Treatment group were given routine therapy and BIPAP ventilator treats. Results PaO2 increased and PaCO2 decreased more significantly in treatment group comparing to the control group. At the same time, heart rate and heartbeat were all lower in the treatment group. The difference has statistical significance. Conclusion The effect of BIPAP ventilator treats for acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD) patients with typeⅡrespiratory failure is better than routine therapy. It is worthy of clinical application.%目的：观察用BIPAP呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期（AECOPD）合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的疗效。方法选取我院治疗的AECOPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的患者50例，将患者分成两组，对照组25例，实验组25例，对照组给予常规治疗，实验组在常规治疗的基础上加用BIPAP呼吸机辅助通气，观察两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后治疗组患者比对照组患者PO2上升及PCO2下降更明显，具有统计学意义，同时，与对照组相比，治疗组患者的心率及呼吸频率降低更明显，具有统计学意义。结论 BIPAP呼吸机治疗AECOPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭疗效确切，优于常规治疗，值得临床推广应用。
