PLASMA BIOMARKER COMPOSITION FOR DISTINGUISHING ACUTE EXACERBATION OF CHRONIC OBSTRUCTIVE PULMONARY DISEASE (AECOPD) FROM CHRONIC OBSTRUCTIVE PULMONARY DISEASE (COPD) AND DETECTION METHOD USING SAME
PLASMA BIOMARKER COMPOSITION FOR DISTINGUISHING ACUTE EXACERBATION OF CHRONIC OBSTRUCTIVE PULMONARY DISEASE (AECOPD) FROM CHRONIC OBSTRUCTIVE PULMONARY DISEASE (COPD) AND DETECTION METHOD USING SAME
The present invention relates to a plasma biomarker composition for distinguishing acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD) from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and a detection method using the same. The present invention provides a plasma biomarker composition for distinguishing AECOPD from COPD, comprising at least one of RAR alpha, Ninein, isoform CRA_a, A1pi, fibrinogen gamma, tyrosyl-DNA phosphodiesterase 2, T cell receptor delta chain, fibrin beta, COAC, transferrin, serpin peptidase inhibitor member 6, complement factor B preproprotein, Chain B, Crig Bound To C3c, and WD repeat-containing protein 1 isoform 1. The present invention can predict the risk of occurrence of AECOPD, distinguishably diagnose COPD patients and AECOPD patients, and be useful in the prevention, early diagnosis, and treatment of AECOPD, depending on whether the expression degree of a particular protein isolated from plasma increases or decreases.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
