某镇妇女2010年～2013年“两癌”筛查情况的对比分析

摘要

Objective Comprehending women’s awareness degree and rate about the screening and the related diseases after carrying out free ‘two cancer screening’, to discuss the screening’s effect. Methods To compare women’s awareness degree,awareness rate about the screening and the change of related diseases of Timian township in 2010, 2011, 2013. Results Women’s awareness degree, awareness rate about the screening were successive rise. The detectable rates of precancerous lesions, cervical and breast cancer were above normal. Common gynecological diseases were successive decline, but still high. Conclusion Free ‘two cancer screening’ improve the rural women’s ‘two cancer’ prevention consciousness and self-health care consciousness.The screening is an effective method for common gynecological diseases, cervical cancer and breast cancer.%目的：了解开展免费“两癌”筛查后妇女筛查认知度、“两癌”知识知晓率及相关疾病患病情况，探讨“两癌”筛查实效。方法对比分析2010年、2011年、2013年广州市北部山区梯面镇妇女“两癌”筛查认知度、知晓率及患病情况变化。结果妇女“两癌”筛查认知程度、“两癌”知识知晓率逐次上升；宫颈癌前病变、宫颈癌、乳腺癌检出率较高；常见妇科疾病患病率逐次下降但仍高。结论免费“两癌”筛查提高了农村妇女“两癌”防治意识及自我保健意识，是宫颈癌、乳腺癌及常见妇科疾病的有效筛查手段。
