十二指肠瘀滞症的外科治疗

摘要

Objective To investigate the surgical treatment of duodenal stasis syndrome. Methods retrospective analysis I branch surgery effect of 22 cases with duodenal stasis syndrome. Results 14 patients caused by superior mesenteric artery oppression were recovered, 5 patients were caused by tumor, 2 patients died after 6 months and 2 years on tumor spread, 3 patients of disease-free survival has reached 2, 4, 6 years. 1 patient caused by oppression of lymph nodes, and 2 cases caused by torsion of inflammatory adhesion were recovered. Conclusion The surgical treatment for duodenal stasis syndrome need to take the corresponding operation method according to their primary causes.%目的：探讨十二指肠瘀滞症外科治疗的方法及疗效。方法回顾分析我科22例十二指肠瘀滞症的手术效果。结果14例肠系膜上动脉压迫所致者均痊愈，5例肿瘤所致者，其中2例于6个月、2年肿瘤扩散死亡，余3例无瘤存活已达2、4、6年。1例淋巴结肿大压迫所致及2例炎症粘连扭转所致者均痊愈。结论十二指肠瘀滞症的外科治疗需根据其原发病因采取相应的手术方式。
