十二指肠瘀滞症诱发急性胰腺炎1例报道

摘要

本文探讨诊断符合"急性胰腺炎",但病因不明且正规治疗后仍反复发作,最终结合上消化道造影和其他检查,查明由"十二指肠淤滞"诱发急性胰腺炎的一少见病例的诊疗过程.%In this paper,we explored a clinical case of which all clinical clues pointing to diagnosis of acute pancreatitis while the cause of which was unclear at first.After normal treatments,the outcome was dispointing for the recurrent attacks.Finally,after taking upper gastrointestinal contrast and other outcomes into consideration,we came to a conclusion that it was a case of acute pancreatitis caused by duodenal stasis.
