目的：探索外科临床护理中不良事件发生的原因，探讨相应的解决对策。方法对我院2012年至2013年间发生的外科临床护理不良事件进行回顾性分析，研究讨论外科临床护理不良事件发生的原因及特点并对原因进行分类，观察不良护理事件发生的原因、时间、特点、类型与护理人员之间的关系。结果①临床护理不良事件多高发于急诊时段；②临床护理不良事件多发于低年资护士；③风险评估不当是主要原因；④管路滑脱是主要发生类型。结论临床护理中应加强护理人员自身素质的提高、争取家属及患者共同参与，制定科学合理的排班计划，降低外科临床护理中不良事件的发生率。%ObjectiveTo explore surgical reason of adverse events in clinical nursing, corresponding countermeasures are discussed.MethodsIn our hospital from 2012 years to years 2013 surgical clinical nursing adverse events were retrospectively analyzed and discussed reasons and characteristics of surgical clinical nursing adverse events and classifying reason, observe adverse nursing the cause of the incident, time, characteristics, types, and the relationship between the nursing staff.Results①The clinical nursing adverse events more high incidence in emergency period;②Clinical nursing adverse events happens in low qualiifcation nurses improper;③Risk assessment is the main reason;④Line slippage is the main type.ConclusionsIn clinical nursing should be strengthened for the improvement of nursing staff own quality, strive for families and patients to participate, formulate scientiifc and reasonable scheduling plan, reduce the incidence of adverse events in the surgical clinical care.
