丙烯酸系涂料印花增稠剂的合成与性能研究

         

摘要

研究采用丙烯酸十二酯活性单体和丙烯酸作为主要原料,通过反相乳液聚合法合成涂料印花用增稠剂。考察了活性单体、交联剂、反应时间等因素对产物性能的影响。结果显示活性单体用量占共聚单体摩尔数的0.5%,交联剂占共聚单体质量的0.3%,反应时间为1.5 h时,增稠剂的综合效果较优。%Acrylate pigment printing thickener was prepared by inverse emulsion polymerization of dodecyl acrylate and crylic acid.The effects of active monomer,cross-linker concentration,and reaction time on the properties of thickener were studied.The result showed that when active monomer was 0.5mol%,cross-linker was 0.3w% and reaction time was 1.5 h,and the properties of thickener were good.
