焦化蜡油中碱性氮的脱除方法研究进展

         

摘要

The nitrogen compounds in CGO, especially basic nitrogen compounds, can damage the catalyst by adsorbing to catalyst and poisoning the acid active center, and then affect cracking reaction of other hydrocarbons. Therefore, removal of basic nitrogen compounds can improve economic benefits. The combination denitrification technology is suitable for industrial production, it has the characteristics of high yield and low cost. After treatment with HDN the oil has high conversion rate, good quality and beneficial to the environment, but has a high investment cost. Along with people pay more attention to the environment and the efficient use of hydrogen resources, the technology of hydrogen and nitrogen removal will become the mainstream. Microbial denitrification is a hot research topic at present, hope in the near future can be industrial production.%焦化蜡油中的含氮化合物尤其是碱性氮化物危害最大,吸附到催化剂上,毒害催化剂的酸性活性中心,使烃类的催化裂化反应受到影响,因此脱除碱性氮化物有利于提高经济效益。组合脱氮技术具有收率高、成本低的特点,适合工业化生产。加氢脱氮技术油品转化率高,油品质量好,利与环保,但投资成本高。随着人们对环境重视程度的提高和氢资源的高效利用,加氢脱氮技术会成为主流。微生物脱氮是目前热门研究课题,希望在不久的将来能够进行工业化生产。
