Pt/金鸡纳生物碱体系的不对称加氢研究进展

         

摘要

Chirally modified metal catalysts are one of most developed and promising heterogeneous enantioselective catalysts. The mechanism of cinchona alkaloid modified platinum catalysts for asymmetric catalytic hydrogenation and the development status from the chiral modifier, carrier, reaction conditions and solvent were summarized. The development path of the carrier and the mechanism of modifiers were mainly introduced. In addition, further research work in heterogeneous asymmetric hydrogenation should be focused on development of high efficiency carrier, synthesis of more suitable chiral modifier and investigation of reaction mechanism.%手性修饰金属催化剂是最具发展潜力的多相催化剂之一。从手性修饰剂、载体、反应条件、溶剂等发面综述了金鸡纳生物碱修饰的铂催化剂不对称催化加氢的作用机理及发展近况。并重点介绍了载体的发展路径和修饰剂的作用机理。最后指出开发绿色,高效催化剂,修正或提出手性识别机理模型以及合成新型手性修饰剂仍是今后多相不对称催化氢化反应的研究方向。
