真空断路器动作特性受运动阻尼影响的研究

     

摘要

In research on performance characteristic of vacuum circuit breaker being affected by temperature,it was discovered that motion damping of each mechanism had peculiarity and varied with changes of temperature.In order to study influence of different motion damping on performance characteristic of the vacuum circuit breaker,variable-temperature experiment on multiple vacuum circuit breakers of the same type was conducted and universality law of motion damping affecting performance characteristic of the vacuum circuit breaker under temperature was obtained.By comparing multi-group temperature experiments on breakers,change law of motion damping with temperature was obtained.Quantitative analysis on motion damping was carried out by combining with ANSYS simulation and MATLAB matching was used to obtain relationship formula between damping and trip under different temperature.Research indicates that for the vacuum circuit breaker,difference of motion damping will make performance characteristic change and influence of damping difference under low temperature is larger than that under high temperature.In addition,quantitative value of motion damping in switching-in of the breaker decreases firstly with environmental temperature rise and then increases slightly.%电网中开关操作时间的准确性和稳定性是实现开关选相操作的前提,环境温度是影响开关操作准确性的重要因素之一.在对真空断路器动作特性受温度影响的研究中发现每台机构的运动阻尼参数具有独特性,且会随环境温度变化而变化.为探究不同运动阻尼对真空断路器动作特性的影响,对多台同型号真空断路器进行变温实验,得出温度影响下运动阻尼对断路器动作特性影响的普适性规律.通过多组断路器温度实验的对比,得到运动阻尼随温度的变化规律,并结合ANSYS仿真对运动阻尼进行量化分析,运用MATLAB拟合得出各温度下阻尼与行程间的关系公式.研究表明:对于真空断路器,运动阻尼的不同会导致动作特性发生明显变化,且低温环境下阻尼差异的影响比高温环境下大;断路器合闸动作中运动阻尼量化值整体随环境温度升高先减小后小幅增大.
