固相萃取.超高效液相串联质谱法同时测定食品中红色2G、酸性大红、酸性橙Ⅱ和酸性金黄G

         

摘要

建立了食品中红色2G、酸性大红、酸性橙Ⅱ和酸性金黄G非法色索的固相萃取超商效液相串联质谱测定方法。以氨水乙醇溶液作为提取溶剂,利用WAX弱阴离子交换固相萃取柱对样品进行净化。检出限红色2G0.050mg/L,酸性大红O.050mg/L,酸性橙110,010mg/L,酸性金黄GO.010mg/L;加标叫收为78%-105%。本方法灵敏、准确高效,可对4种水油溶色素进行测定及确证。%To established a method for simultaneous determination of Red 2G, Ponceau 2R, Orange Ⅱ and Metanil Yellow in food by solid-phase extraction and ultra performance liquid chromatography electrospray ionization-tandem mass spectrometry (SPE-UPLC-MS/MS) method. The samples were extracted by ethanol containing ammonia and cleaned-up by WAX solid phase extraction column. The qualitative detection limits of the method for Red 2G was 0.050 rag/L, Ponceau 2R was 0.050 mg/L. Orange 11 was 0.010 mg/L and for Metanil Yellow was 0.010 mg/L. Spike recovery of 78 % to 105 %. The method is sensitive, accurate and could be used for detecting 4 kinds of water-soluable illegal pigments in food.
