Objective To study the efficacy of both proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) and resistive therapy in stroke in the activities of daily living, mental state, cognition, balance, exercise and functional independence measure. Methods 302 cases with stroke were randomly divided into control, rehabilitation and PNF groups. Control group without rehabilitation, rehabilitation group with routine rehabilitation therapy and PNF group intervened by both PNF and resistive therapy after the routine rehabilitation therapy. Results Preliminary and final evaluation were done in pretreatment and post-treatment of 90 days, respectively. Compared with the preliminary, the final evaluation was significant difference in rehabilitation and PNF group in the activities of daily living, mental state, cognition, balance, exercise and functional independence measure (P＜0.05). Compared with the control group, the final evaluation was significant difference in rehabilitation and PNF groups ( P ＜ 0.05, P ＜ 0 .01 ) . Compared with rehabilitation group, the final evaluation was significant difference in PNF group (P＜0.05 ). Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation of both PNF and resistive therapy improve the functions in the exercise, sensory perception and mental function, which is beneficial to rehabilitation of stroke.%目的 探索应用本体感觉神经促进技术(PNF),恢复脑卒中后对肢体运动控制的能力,提高瘫痪肢体的功能质量.方法 302例脑卒中患者分为对照组、康复组及PNF康复组(采用外周型PNF最大阻力技术进行康复干预训练),在生活自理能力、精神状态、认知功能、平衡功能、运动功能及功能独立性评定等方面,于治疗前进行初评和治疗后90d终评,分析疗效差异.结果 与对照组比较.PNF康复组和一般康复组患者在生活自理能力、精神状态、认知功能、平衡功能、运动功能及功能独立性方面有改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与一般康复组比较,PNF康复组患者的相关康复评估指标也有改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 采用增加外周型本体感觉神经肌肉促进技术进行的综合康复训练,有利于脑卒中患者肢体功能、感知觉以及心理功能的恢复,提高脑卒中患者的社会活动能力.
