超大规模煤焦油蒸馏装置节能实践

摘要

介绍了单套处理能力50万t/a的煤焦油蒸馏工艺,从导热油换热、减压蒸馏和超大容积管式炉等方面,对能量梯级利用、集中加工和装置大型化等进行了分析与应用,提高了能量利用率,大幅降低了焦油加工的能耗.%This paper introduces the coal tar distillation process with a single set of processing capacity of 500 thousand t/a,for the aspects of heat conduction oil heat transfer,vacuum distillation and large volume tubular furnace.This paper analyzes and applies the energy cascade utilization,the centralized processing and the large-scale equipment,which improves the energy utilization ratio and reduces energy consumption of tar processing.
